We Made It!

The flight was 9 hours and 30 minutes long from Atlanta, Georgia to Frankfurt, Germany. The seats were REALLY close together. We all watched Over Ther Hedge and then attempted to sleep. Everything here is so clean and the weather is perfect. It hasn't been over 70 yet. My sister in law does not have air conditioning which seemes strange to us coming from Arkansas but it's common here and there hasn't been a need for it. They also have these cool windows that lean in to ventilate the house. I'll get some pictures of them and post them later. They recycle everything here. In the airport the trash bins are seperated into paper, glass, aluminum, and plastic. It is expected of the residents to seperate out their garbage and participate in the recycling.

Yesterday we rested and only took an hour long nap trying to adjust to this time zone. Brandon woke up this morning with a sore throat and head/neck ache. Hopefully it's just from travel and not the start of a cold. We gave him some Advil and a cough drop and will hope for the best.

We finally got to meet my sisters husband, Stephen, and Brianne and Joshua. We also got to see Amanda who is just a little bit older than Brandon. We haven't seen her since she was a baby. Everyone is doing well and were very gracious about having their home invaded.
Glen

We are off to see a castle that is over 1000 years old today.
