My dear Lori found this series on Chinese Dinning Etiquette below and thought it was interesting enough to share and may help some people understand a little about Chinese customs when it come to dinning.

Melissa, That word....etiquette.....it's kind of intimidating. You know you guys are always welcome, even if you want to eat with your hands. In fact we would prefer that because then there isn't any silverware to wash.
