This is the art instillation outside of the Space Needle (and a little to the right, if you are facing with your back to the Space Needle). It is MASSIVE! You can walk underneath it but then you get this feeling that the sharp bits could fall off and slice you in two so you move quickly. "Oh yes.....OOOOHHH art. Ok, Let's get out from under this thing."
